As a fan of PvEvP, I have never really enjoyed how 3PP can be used to create advantages in some tactical PvP situations. That said, 3PP for some things like driving are helpful at times. Might be nice to have 1PP or 3PP only server options for player perspective which seems fairly standard these days and I am sure those will be part of the game. Here I wanted to raise another server option and server filter of 1PP only with the exception of 3PP for anyone specifically in a driver seat (Wardogs style) might be a nice compromise while maintaining immersion.

Its seems to be togglable server side, 3PP is always a little weird to me in realistic games

Yes. Players will be able to switch between first person and third person perspectives. Some servers may restrict one of the views, such as first person only servers for a more hardcore survival experience.
