The best and fastest way to get support is through our Discord server by creating a ticket. This helps us keep everything organized and allows our team to get the details we need to look into your issue and respond as quickly as possible.
You can create a ticket for things like:
Member reports and rule violations
Technical issues or troubleshooting
Bug reports
Account or game-related problems
General questions or concerns
When creating a ticket, please try to include as much information as possible, such as:
What happened
Your username (if relevant)
Screenshots, videos or any other useful information
You can also report forum posts or messages by using the "Report" button on the forum. Forum posts and messages should be reported via forum "Report" button. If urgent help is needed Discord tickets are the quickest way to get a response and receive help.
